Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda, we process your data on the following legal bases: Consent: Where you have given us clear, informed, and voluntary consent to process your data for specific purposes. Contractual Necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Legal Obligation: Where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject under Ugandan law. Client Data: Retained for the duration of our engagement and for 7 years thereafter for tax and legal compliance purposes. Enquiry Data: Contact form submissions and general enquiries are retained for 2 years unless a client relationship is established. Website Analytics: Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely for trend analysis. Recruitment Data: Candidate data is retained for 1 year after the recruitment process concludes, unless the candidate consents to longer retention. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda, you have the following rights: Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
